A new-found passion or a lifelong lifestyle? Hunting is not only an adventure in our grand nature, but also a source of relaxation, recreation, camaraderie and natural, tasty food. There is an abundance of fallow deer, elk, wild boar and roe deer on our land. It provides an opportunity to learn a new skill, or to improve your shooting skills and your hunting life.
To our help we have Alexandra Rudbeck, who has worked as a shooting instructor since the 1990s. She trained in Sweden and England and runs the West Stockholm Shooting School. Imagine the excitement when you face a challenge. The dust when you’ve hit a clay target. And the friendship and connection with your hunting party. It is a special feeling, is it not? Basic course in shotgun shooting if you have a hunter’s licence and your own weapon
Full-day course, 4–6 participants per course. If you are a beginner, or recently obtained your hunter’s licence, and want to learn shotgun shooting from scratch. Instructor: Alexandra Rudbeck
The course includes:
- 6 hours’ instruction
- course materials; the book Toppa Ditt Hagelskytte (Improve Your Shotgun Shooting)
- checking the length of the buttstock of your shotgun
- review of correct equipment
- knowledge about the different basic shots
- 4 series per person totalling 100 traps and clay targets (you can buy more series)
- morning and afternoon coffee/tea plus lunch
- accommodation in a shared double/twin room and breakfast
- three-course dinner

2. Basic course in shotgun shooting if you are preparing for your hunter’s exam
Full-day course, 4–6 participants per course. If you intend to pass the shotgun test for your hunter’s exam. Own weapon and licence not required. Instructor: Alexandra Rudbeck
The course includes:
- 6 hours’ instruction
- course materials; the book Toppa Ditt Hagelskytte (Improve Your Shotgun Shooting)
- knowledge about the correct butt adjustment
- review of correct equipment
- knowledge about the different basic shots, (the shooting is geared to clay targets for the hunter’s exam)
- loan of weapon
- 4 series per person totalling 100 traps and clay targets (you can buy more series)
- accommodation in a shared double/twin room
- morning and afternoon tea, lunch, three-course dinner and breakfast.

4. Continuation course in shotgun shooting
Full-day course, 4–6 participants per course. If you have some shooting experience and want to develop your skill and technique. We cover things in depth and focus on the detail for finding the correct technique for shotgun shooting. Instructor: Alexandra Rudbeck
The course includes:
- 8 series per person (you can buy more series)
- checking the fitting of the butt
- aiming techniques
- shooting at basic shots with different variations such as distance and angles
- accommodation in a shared double/twin room
- morning and afternoon tea, lunch, three-course dinner and breakfast.
